Our client, a respected European engineering and construction specialist, delivers complex, technically advanced build‑to‑suit facilities. They are seeking a CSA Design Manager to join their project team in Linz .
As a CSA Design Manager, you'll lead all civil, structural and architectural design coordination, ensuring integrated, high‑quality outputs at every stage.
Responsibilities
Oversee CSA design deliverables in line with project and client expectations.
Drive coordination between designers, subcontractors, consultants and internal teams.
Lead BIM collaboration and ensure design information accuracy.
Review drawings, submittals and manage as‑built documentation.
Conduct quality checks onsite and report against key milestones.
About You
Qualified in architecture, civil/structural engineering, MEP or similar.
Strong technical awareness of materials, standards and building physics.
Skilled in BIM/CAD environments.
Collaborative communicator with problem‑solving capability.
Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.
