Responsibilities
* You are the first point of contact for customers, employees, and our guests, handling classic office tasks (email processing, telephone coordination, mail management, etc.) and are additionally responsible for our fleet management.
* You keep an overview, take care of the general office organization, manage appointments and organize premises. In other words, you are our administrative memory.
* You also support our travel planning, travel expense accounting, and our company health management.
Qualifications
* You have completed commercial training, good IT skills and preferably experience in the field of office management.
* You convey with an accurate, reliable and independent way of working.
* You have the necessary sensitivity for setting priorities.
* You are characterized by your charming and open personality, your good manners and your organizational talent.
* You have excellent German and very good English language skills, and you are willing to continuously further educate yourself.
