We are seeking a commercially astute Finance Manager to partner with operational leaders across a designated region. This strategic role is responsible for delivering financial insight, driving performance, and ensuring financial integrity across multi-site operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Partnering: Act as the primary finance contact for state-level operations, providing strategic financial guidance.
* Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budget planning and rolling forecasts in collaboration with operational teams.
* Reporting & Analysis: Deliver monthly P&L analysis, performance dashboards, and KPI reporting tailored to regional goals.
* Financial Modelling: Conduct scenario analysis and business case development to support investment decisions.
* Month-End & Compliance: Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and audit processes in line with SOX and IFRS standards.
* Process Improvement: Champion continuous improvement in financial systems, controls, and reporting.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior finance professionals and contribute to a high-performance culture.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* CA or CPA qualified.
* 3-5 years' experience in commercial finance or business partnering, ideally in logistics or multi-site environments.
* Strong understanding of IFRS and SOX compliance.
* Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; Oracle experience preferred.
* Proven ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders.
* Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
* Ability to simplify complex financial data for operational audiences.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Demonstrated leadership and team development skills; resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
