The focus of this position is the planning and implementation of challenging projects for pharmaceutical production facilities and laboratory buildings.
You are the direct contact person on site for all topics concerning ventilation technology, media technology and clean room technology.
You are the interface between our customers, subcontractors and internal project participants.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
1. Conceptual design and planning of supply systems for heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary facilities as well as clean room technology
2. Technical leadership of a TGA planning team within the scope of project execution
3. Responsibility for leading and coordinating external planning partners
4. Technical equipment of buildings under consideration of innovative technologies, process design and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry
5. Determination of costs, execution of price comparisons
6. Preparation of functional descriptions or specifications of services
7. Conducting award negotiations with suppliers and executing companies
8. Planning and coordination of the interface to the process/construction/electrical engineering and building automation trades
Show your expertise
9. Completed studies in the field of building services engineering, power engineering or supply engineering (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) or training as a technician with a focus on TGA / ventilation technology and several years of professional experience.
10. Several years of professional experience with TGA and clean room technology systems ideally in a pharmaceutical environment or biotechnological or chemical plant construction
11. Very good knowledge in the design of HVAC systems with focus on ventilation and air conditioning technology
12. Very good knowledge of German and English
13. Professional and confident handling of MS-Office applications
14. Experience in the use of common CAD applications
15. Sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team and own initiative
16. Flexibility and willingness to travel
