What you'll do:
The Senior Creative Artworker will be responsible for the overall brand guardianship, design application, project management, production of marketing campaigns and retailer communications for a major global brand, from straightforward design, to artwork origination and amendments, plus adaptation and versioning of existing signed-off designs.
Other functions will also include mentoring and guiding the local stakeholders and ensuring that the quality of the outputs is as expected and brand consistency is maintained.
* Oversee, create, prepare and edit print-ready artwork across a range of media, including generalprint collateral (brochures, flyers, etc), press ads, POS and all types of advertising displays, digital andsocial media assets, and much more.
* Ensure the integrity of the original concept and brief.
* Understand and work within brand and corporate guidelines.
* Produce retouching of images and photography to a good level.
* Understand and apply color management principles in daily tasks.
* Use your experience and knowledge to identify and resolve design, artwork and productionchallenges.
* Complete all personal administration, including timesheets, accurately and promptly.
* Understand the company’s quality control process and systems, employing a methodical approach.
* Provide the business with best value by estimating and managing timeaccurately, ensuring thatprojects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
What you'll bring:
* Considerable experience as a design and production focused artworker, mainly with print items and renders.
* Extensive experience in loyally and accurately applying a design concept across a range of different media and formats.
* Agency, production agency and trade marketing experience preferred.
* Experience in dealing directly with clients is required.
* In-depth expertise of Adobe Creative Suite.
* Advanced 3D rendering skills to create POS items (FSDU, Display, Totems, etc.)
* High level of pre-press knowledge is a must.
* Video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
* General automated artwork production and template building experience.
* Familiarity with both agency and wider marketing technology systems such as DAM, ad deliveryplatforms, approval/sign off tools, and collaborative and production workflows.
• Straightforward design, typographical and layout skills
* Pre-flight and proofing background.
* High understanding of print materials, die-cuts.
* Photoshop and image retouching skills
* Understanding of color management.
* Excellent core Microsoft computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Fluent in German and English.

Role Requirements:
This role can be based on a hybrid basis (several times a week from the client office in Linz).
