We're hiring a Customer Success Account Manager (B2B Sales Focus) in Athens, Greece and were looking for talented French-speaking professionals who are ready to take the next step in their career while enjoying life under the Mediterranean sun! ️️
What You'll Do:
As a key part of our team, you'll:
* Manage a portfolio of B2B clients
* Drive growth through cold calling, upselling & relationship building
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences and strategic insights
* Work in a hybrid setup from our modern office in Athens
What You Bring:
* Proven B2B sales & account management experience
* Strong communication skills & consultative sales mindset
* Fluent in German and English (B2+)
* CRM know-how (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

* Up to 2200 EUR gross/month x 14 salaries/year
* Performance bonuses (up to 20% quarterly)
