What You Will Do
At ALPLA, you will play a key role in driving our B2B marketing efforts by creating and executing data-driven campaigns that generate qualified leads and increase brand visibility. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Digital teams, you will design initiatives that engage target audiences and support pipeline growth from strategy to reporting.
* Develop integrated campaigns, define target audiences, create personalized nurture flows, and optimize customer touchpoints.
* Evaluate campaign performance using KPIs like CTR, MQLs, and ROI, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and partners.
* Support regional campaign rollouts, maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI), and ensure measurable impact of campaigns.
What Makes You a Great Fit
* 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation or performance marketing.
* Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
* Experience analyzing data with Power BI or Google Analytics.
* Understanding of segmentation, lead scoring, and B2B customer journeys.
* Ability to work in cross-functional teams, take initiative, and optimize results.
* Fluency in English (native level preferred).
