Strategic Sales Manager, International (AUS / NZ)

CubiCasa is expanding globally — and we’re hiring an international sales leader to build our presence across Australia and New Zealand.
As our Strategic Sales Manager, you’ll be the founding sales hire outside North America, responsible for driving adoption of CubiCasa’s real‑estate SaaS platform in new markets. You’ll lead the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting to enterprise negotiations — while acting as the bridge between regional opportunities and our U.S. headquarters.
This is a high‑ownership role for a driven, entrepreneurial salesperson who can open doors, build relationships with real‑estate decision‑makers, and create the playbook for our next phase of international growth.
What You’ll Do
Own revenue growth across AUS and NZ, driving new customer acquisition and expansion within the real‑estate ecosystem (brokerages, photography networks, proptechs, and appraisal firms).
Lead the entire sales process: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close.
Build and manage a qualified pipeline in CRM with accurate forecasting.
Represent CubiCasa at industry events and conferences; develop trusted relationships with executive‑level partners.
Collaborate with global marketing, product, and CS teams to tailor go‑to‑market campaigns for regional adoption.
Surface market insights that guide product direction, pricing, and regional strategy.
Who You Are
5+ years of B2B SaaS or proptech sales experience in quota‑carrying roles.
Proven success selling into real‑estate or technology‑driven industries.
Comfortable as a solo operator in a startup environment — you build your own momentum, structure, and pipeline.
Exceptional communicator with executive presence and commercial acumen.
Skilled with CRM and remote collaboration tools; able to operate across time zones and markets.

Compensation
Base: AUD $105,000 – $120,000OTE: AUD $215,000+ local benefits and superannuation/insurance through our Employer of Record partner
