Production worker for surface technology (f/m/x)

To strengthen our team in surface technology (painting and powder coating), we are looking for committed and motivated candidates for this position.
Responsibilities
* Preparation of workpieces for the coating process (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.)
* Support in hanging and removing parts on the conveyor system
* Post‑processing of coated parts (demasking, polishing, etc.)
* Visual inspection and quality control
* Assistance with packaging coated parts
Qualifications
* Professional experience in surface technology (e.g., decorator, interior finisher, painter, powder coating)
* Technical understanding and interest in surface processing
* Basic understanding of technical drawings is an advantage
* Careful, precise, and independent working style
* Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
* Quality awareness and team‑oriented mindset
* Willingness to work shifts

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications; for this position, it typically starts at €2,572 gross per month (excluding overtime).
