Your salary :
The minimum gross monthly salary (according to the collective agreement for full-time employees in the hotel and hospitality industry) is 2469.00 with overpayment guaranteed depending on qualifications .

As a multitasking genius you rise to every challenge with a smile for each of our guestsbecause you are the HEART of the house. You are our Assistant Night Manager (m / f / d) .
Your responsibilities :
* You ensure that Hiltons high standards are consistently met and continuously improved.
* You support our Night Manager and act as a point of contact for the team.
* You maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area.
* You take over all relevant information from the previous shift including business volume special guests tasks to be clarified or completed and notable incidents.
* You ensure compliance with labor regulations and assist in implementing legal requirements in daily operations.
* You support the Night Manager in onboarding new team members.
* You share responsibility for managing sell-out situations including coordination and appropriate measures such as overbooking and relocation.
* You warmly welcome our guests during check-in and professionally bid them farewell during check-out adhering to all standards (including invoice creation and processing via the PMS system).
* You handle cash reconciliation and correct any discrepancies.
* You are familiar with the hotels emergency facilities and the fire alarm control panel (BMZ) including its operation and emergency procedures.
* You are available to guests throughout the night and help ensure guest complaints are handled appropriately forwarded correctly and documented.
* You manage room service during the night and know the reduced night menu offerings by heart.
