Job Responsibilities
* Conducting customer training courses for software and machine operation both domestically and internationally (worldwide)
* Providing customer support during software learning and machine operation
* Conducting refresher courses for existing customers
* Conducting internal training for new employees
* Maintaining training records
* Creating training certificates and documentation
* Creating training videos
* Supporting pre- and final acceptance testing at customer sites
