Duties & Responsibilities
* Strategic Sourcing: Develop and facilitate sourcing strategies for the respective services categories, ensuring alignment with the company's global objectives.
* Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance to ensure the best value for the organization.
* Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing, supplier consolidation, and process improvements.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including finance and operations, to understand their needs and ensure procurement strategies support business goals.
* Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, supplier landscapes, and emerging technologies.
The Global Procurement Category Manager for Services is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement of €70 million spend across the organization. Within the services category, the role manages subcategories such as professional & general services (finance, tax, consulting), fleet, insurance, and travel. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and facilitating sourcing strategies.
* Establishing and maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing performance.
* Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs.
* Conducting market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Technical Requirements
* Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
* +4 years of relevant experience in services procurement with proven negotiation and cost-saving success.
* Strong project management and leadership skills.
* Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
* Proficient in market analysis and strategic sourcing.

Location: Remote (within Europe) with regular travel to Vienna (headquarters).
Start: Immediate.
Hours: Full-time.
Compensation: Starting at €80,000 gross annually, depending on experience, based on collective bargaining in Vienna/Austria.
