For our Client we seek a Senior Cloud Engineer.
Requirements
1. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
2. Profound experience as an expert in cloud architectures and/or business models
3. Expertise in Azure IaaS/PaaS services, Terraform/ARM/Bicep, and Git
4. Proficiency in CI/CD and automation tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
5. Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS)
6. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
7. Microsoft Azure certifications (Azure Administrator Associate and related preferred)
8. Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation
9. ️Familiarity with agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
10. ️Willingness to travel at times for project-related purposes
11. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification preferred
12. fluent in English and German
Responsibilities
13. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement architectures that meet our customers' needs
14. Enabling our customers and over 100 teams with cloud services needs
15. ️Establishing best practices for deploying software in the cloud
16. Implementing and maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure according to architectural guidelines
17. Building and deploying reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) components and fully automated deployments
18. Helping clients with their cloud strategy and planning their migration roadmap
19. Explaining the advantages, drawbacks, and characteristics of cloud platforms to customer
20. Assisting with operating models for cloud native infrastructure and services in production
