Billing & Treasury Specialist (all genders) - Part Time up to 36h
Frequentis Group, headquartered in Vienna, is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety‑critical tasks. The Billing & Treasury Specialist will support the Treasury department and ensure the safety of liquidity through accurate billing processes.
Key Tasks
* Managing and coordinating international billing processes
* Monitoring billing schedules and adjusting them in alignment with internal stakeholders
* Preparing monthly reports
* Entry and maintenance of project orders in SAP SD
* Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders
* Actively contributing to upcoming SAP SD implementation projects within the group
* Supporting various Trade Finance activities, such as bank guarantees and letters of credit
Key Qualifications
* Completed commercial education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree or HAK)
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in a finance, billing, or project‑driven environment
* Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
* Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
* Solid SAP skills, ideally SAP SD
* Communicative, proactive personality who brings a collaborative mindset when working with internal and external stakeholders
