* You ensure smooth operations at your station, maintain a clean kitchen, and foster a team that works seamlessly together—even when the order list gets long.
* You uphold our culinary standards and share your knowledge with commis, juniors, and trainees—with patience, humor, and an eye for detail.
* Clean, organized, ready to roll: Your section stays spotless and well‑prepped at all times.
* You jump in wherever needed: Whether it's prep, service, or adding fresh ideas to the menu, you support the entire kitchen as a true team player.
Qualifications
Your personality matters more than your resume …
* You've completed your culinary training and already gained experience in the hospitality world—extra kudos if your heart beats a little faster for Italian cuisine.
* Italian cooking isn't just knowledge, it's a feeling: Terms like Tagliatelle Bolognese, Focaccia, and Cucina Popolare are part of your everyday vocabulary.
* You work independently and with structure, stay organized, and keep calm even when service hits peak speed.
* You speak fluent German and bring more than technical skills to the kitchen—you show up with personality, energy, and your own unique flavor.
