Join our two‑person procurement team in Graz and assist with administrative office tasks and central digital purchasing processes, gaining your first professional experience in a professional environment.
Your Job’s Key Responsibilities Are
* Supporting the processing of central, digital procurement processes for our locations in Austria, Germany, Serbia, and Switzerland
* Performing digital incoming invoice control for all locations
* Maintaining and updating supplier and master data in our ERP system
* Assisting in ensuring smooth procurement and shipping processes
* Providing administrative and organizational support in the office
Your Skills
* Ongoing commercial/business education
* Precise and reliable working style
* Affinity for numbers and IT
* Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel); BMD NTCS knowledge is a nice‑to‑have
* Careful and independent working style with a strong service orientation
* Good communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2)

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 30,366 gross/year for this position.
