As a facilities manager/technician, you will be responsible for the technical support, maintenance and operational reliability of our hotel. You will ensure that all behind-the-scenes operations run smoothly and that our guests can enjoy a safe, well-maintained and comfortable stay.

In addition to standard building services duties, your responsibilities will include parking guests’ vehicles, clearing snow around the hotel, and checking and maintaining the swimming pool equipment. Your work is particularly important in a winter sports hotel, as you will be responsible for ensuring both technical safety and that the indoor and outdoor areas are kept tidy and in good working order.
* Inspection, maintenance and servicing of all building services.
* Repair of minor technical malfunctions in hotel operations.
* Regular inspection rounds throughout the building and on the hotel grounds.
* Management and monitoring of swimming pool systems.
* Carrying out minor repairs and coordinating specialist contractors in the event of major damage.
* Car park service and the safe parking and retrieval of guests’ vehicles.
* Snow clearance, gritting and ensuring road safety in winter.
* Maintenance of access points, paths and entrance areas.
* Inspection of heating, water, ventilation and electrical systems within the scope of responsibility.
* Supporting other departments with technical or organisational tasks.
* Compliance with safety, hygiene and quality standards.
* Careful documentation of maintenance, damage and work carried out.
Requirements profile:
* Completed vocational training in a craft or technical field is an advantage.
* Experience in building services, facility management or hotel operations.
* Technical understanding and manual dexterity.
* A sense of responsibility, reliability and the ability to work independently.
* Physical stamina and flexibility.
* A friendly manner and a service-oriented approach to guests.
* A Category B driving licence is required.
* Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and on-call shifts.
* Basic knowledge of swimming pool technology is an advantage.
Language requirements:
* German language skills at least at B1 level.
