Overview

Digital Account Manager | Senior – Websites, eCommerce, Portals und digital Products (all genders). Start immediataley. Total hours available full‑time 36 h. Location: Salzburg. In this role you shape the digital future of our customers through workshops, accurate offers, budget responsibility, process organization and development of new projects (websites, eCommerce, portals, digital products, apps, PWA, …). You are the main contact person for our customers, ensure their satisfaction and optimize our service quality.


Responsibilities

* Developing a digital vision for innovative digital projects in collaboration with your customers.
* Creating accurate offers based on the developed vision.
* Defining and implementing digital projects with a high proportion of hands‑on work.
* Ensuring the technical and content‑related success of the project in close cooperation with your clients and the project team.
* Keeping an eye on budget, time and scope throughout the project and being the main point of contact for the project team and your clients.
* Responsible for the successful project launch process (customer acceptance, project marketing, success reporting, etc.).
* Building and maintaining customer relationships.
* Assisting in the new business field by actively helping to identify opportunities, follow up on leads, and prepare proposals and presentations.


Qualifications

* At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in project and account management, preferably with agency experience.
* Sound understanding of project management methods, software application, time and resource management and budget control.
* In‑depth technology know‑how and interdisciplinary tool knowledge (especially in relation to store systems, PIM systems and digital marketing tools).
* Confident presentation skills and sound knowledge of customer consulting.
* Structured way of working, analytical mindset and assertiveness.
* Self‑motivated to take the lead in challenging projects and topics in order to drive them forward. Clear positioning as a central point of contact for relevant issues.
* Confident assumption of the leader role, active communication and targeted gathering of input in order to effectively shape proposed solutions and ideas.
* Broad overview, holistic thinking, ongoing generation of unique ideas, understanding of business context and knowledge of the business environment to ensure a comprehensive and strategic approach.
* AI is not a buzzword for you – it is a professional tool that you use in your everyday life.
* German language skills at a minimum C1 level are required.
