Responsibilities
Drive the identification of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in collaboration with Sales and the Global Product Manager.
Strategically and operationally manage military products throughout their entire lifecycle, from development to market success.
Analyze customer needs and define specific product requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and compliance with military standards (e.g., MIL-STD, STANAG).
Conduct comprehensive competitor, market, and industry analyses to support decision-making and strategic positioning.
Advance the product strategy by developing scalable modules and standardized products based on tender executions.
Qualifications
Technical education (HTL, FH, UNI) in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, defence technology, or a related field.
Several years of professional experience in Project Management, Product Management, or Sales, ideally within a military or security-critical environment.
Affinity for the military, knowledge of military procurement processes and frameworks is an advantage.
Willingness to take initiative and shape outcomes in an analytical and structured way of working.
Fluent in German and English, with a willingness to travel (max. 20%).

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
