We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Solution Project Lead to lead and coordinate software projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, timelines, resources, and budgets
* Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications
* Execute project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to ensure project milestones are met
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions
* Proactively address issues and obstacles to keep projects on track and within scope
* Allocate resources effectively to support project goals and timelines
* Coordinate with resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing levels and skill sets are available for project tasks
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans and status reports
* Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, including key milestones, risks, and mitigations strategies
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals
* Experience with risk management, quality assurance, and resource allocation
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical management field. Advanced degree preferred
* Experience as a Project Manager in full product development lifecycle projects from design inception to final production release
* Managerial skills, such as working with teams, scheduling, budgeting, and planning skills
* PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
* Experience with JIRA or a similar Project Management tool is a must
