Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries regarding online banking services, account management, and financial products via phone, email, and live chat in German.
* Assist customers with setting up accounts, transactions, and troubleshooting technical issues related to online banking.
* Provide accurate and relevant information on banking services, fees, and regulatory requirements.
* Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for record-keeping and future reference.
* Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
* Stay updated on banking regulations and product offerings to provide informed customer assistance.
Requirements
* Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
* Previous experience in customer service, specifically within the banking or financial sector, is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
