We are shaping the sales processes of the future and are responsible for optimizing our international financial processes. We are building the future line organization for the financial handling of BMW Group’s new vehicle business. Our organization collaborates across Europe with all European sales companies. What can you expect? You monitor and validate transactions, identify incorrect postings, and ensure compliance with our international financial processes for direct sales. You optimize and safeguard the quality in our accounting processes, including account reconciliations, dunning, and internal control systems. As a competent process partner, you act as a point of contact for specialist departments and divisions in all accounting matters. You promote knowledge sharing within the team, handle escalations, and serve as the technical contact for auditors and audit reports. You create, align, and present decision papers in internal committees. You are responsible for approving accruals and corrections. What can we expect? You have at least 5 years of professional experience and are available to the team for technical inquiries. You have a strong IT affinity and are familiar with financial processes and systems, ideally with SAP knowledge. Experience in professional team coordination or initial leadership experience is advantageous. You hold a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field, or relevant practical experience; a completed certified public accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) examination is advantageous. You bring strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities. You have fluent English skills and willingness to learn German. Fluent German skills represents a plus.
