Your Mission
* Trusted Sparring Partner to the Management Team Europe & CFO of the Group
* Design and execute the ASTA Europe strategy
* Lead and inspire Finance & Controlling teams in Austria and Bosnia
* Drive all finance operations:
reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis
* Ensure compliance with UGB & IFRS and oversee tax & statutory reporting
* Act as the go-to person for auditors, tax advisors, and authorities
* Lead digitalization & process optimization projects across sites
Your Profile
* Degree in business or finance (Uni/FH)
* Solid experience in accounting (UGB, IFRS) and controlling
* Industry know-how, ideally in manufacturing
* Strong IT affinity, advanced Excel skills, D365/Cognos a plus
* Fluent in English, additional languages a benefit
* Proven leadership & intercultural management skills
* Strategic thinker with strong project & process management expertise

* Compensation is based on the collective agreement for salaried employees in the electrical and electronics industry (FEEI) to Group I. We are prepared to offer a competitive, market-based package.
