Application Support Analyst – Clinical

As an Application Support Analyst (Clinical Information Management Solution), you will support and maintain our market‑leading software applications used by hospitals and other healthcare environments.
* Provide superior task management incorporating incident triage, analysis and resolution.
* Identify and categorise problems/defects, applying logical and lateral thinking as required.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers to foster collaboration and facilitate growth.
* Provide expert advice internally and externally on Dedalus clinical information management solutions to promote best practice outcomes.
* Support clients from user acceptance testing through installation and maintenance.
Essential Requirements
* 5+ years’ experience in the following areas.
* Excellent SQL knowledge with ability to write and execute complex scripts.
* Providing technical support for healthcare IT systems.
* Degree in Health Information Management and/or Information Technology.
* Microsoft Server administration experience.
Desirable Requirements
* Database administration experience.
* Understanding of ITIL processes.
* Experience with IIS or Apache.
* Knowledge of healthcare workflow and HL7 standards.
* Ability to troubleshoot MS Windows Server issues.
