YOUR CONTRIBUTION
* Customer support for public, industrial and airport sectors: You are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure lasting relationships.
* Advice on software features and hardware replacement: Together with our specialist departments, you find the best solutions for our customers that best meet their software and hardware requirements for 24/7 critical environments.
* Requirements management: You clarify enquiries and help to ensure that our offers are precise and convincing.
* On-site customer appointments: You bring our solutions directly to customers and experience first‑hand how eurofunk creates added value.
YOUR SKILLSET
* Completed technical training in electrical engineering, information technology or electronics & technical computer science (HTL/FH/UNI)
* At least 3 years of professional experience
* Strong communication skills that inspire!
* Organizational skills and genuine problem‑solving expertise
* Membership of the fire brigade or rescue service? A plus point!
* Willingness to travel (approx. 25 %)
* Career changers from IT service, support or consulting are very welcome.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 60,000. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
