Responsibilities
Create and maintain visualizations, project documents and presentations (including refinement).
Prepare, coordinate and conduct appointments with customers.
Provide initial consultation and support for customers in the showroom.
Create, send and follow up on quotes.
Order processing and control of order confirmations.
Maintain project documentation, schedule management and general back‑office tasks.
Read and, if needed, adjust architectural plans.
Support the sales team in day‑to‑day operations.
Qualifications
Finished technical or technical‑commercial training in construction, architecture, interior fitting or sanitary.
Independent, proactive working style and willingness to take responsibility in a small team.
Confident appearance, strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
Organizational strength, reliability and structured work approach.
Spatial awareness and interest in design and planning.
Willingness to use a CAD system (training provided on the job).
Proficient with administrative tasks and digital tools.
