Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual passionate about integrated management systems. In this key role, you will:
* Develop and support our management systems (quality, environment, energy, occupational health and safety), including providing advice and training.
* Maintain and administer the database for legal requirements and permits.
* Conduct internal audits, support external audits, and handle customer inquiries.
* Contribute to projects, documentation, research, and stakeholder coordination.
Qualifications for the role
* Relevant education and experience in quality and environmental management or similar systems.
* Training and practical experience as an internal auditor.
* Independent, goal-oriented work style with strong problem-solving skills.
* Enthusiasm for standards and legal regulations.
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for collaboration.
* Motivation to drive quality topics with assertiveness and persuasiveness.
* Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written.
