The impact you’ll make
As an HR Representative at Lam, you are a versatile generalist in human resources. Your role is vital in covering a range of HR activities, from recruiting to counseling employees on work-related issues, and supporting Lam's diversity initiatives. Your contributions will support compensation, benefits, performance management, and personnel policies. Your broad HR expertise and commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace will help shape Lam's vibrant and diverse culture.
What you’ll do
* Operational execution of all HR measures for all employees along the employee lifecycle based on defined processes
* Management of the application process from initial contact to successful onboarding (posting advertisements, pre-selection, interviews, rejection management)
* Support of employer branding initiatives
* Coordination of training, development, and certifications
* Serve as the contact person for initial labor and social law inquiries
* Participation in company-wide programs and initiatives, policies and programs, ensuring alignment with Lam Research Corporate Programs while meeting local business needs and compliance
* Coordination of external payroll services
Who we’re looking for
* Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources
* 10+ years of experience in HR across multiple disciplines, ideally in a global organization
* Ability to collaborate across organizations and functions in a multinational and multicultural environment
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to handle sensitive situations
* Proficiency in spoken and written English and German (native level)
* Strong results-oriented focus

Lam offers various work location models based on role needs. Our hybrid roles combine on-site collaboration with remote work and fall into two categories: On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. On-site Flex requires working 3+ days per week on-site, with remote work for the remaining days. Virtual Flex involves working 1-2 days on-site, with remote work the rest of the week.
