Your Responsibilities
Manage collaboration, customer retention, and strategic interests
Ensure service quality, financial performance, and contract execution
Interface between KPI owners, Channel Partners, and customers for service topics
Prepare and present service performance data to ISM Lead
Own MSA contract order intake and align with Service Sales
Set DPPP KPI-targets, monitor achievement, and contribute to service strategy
Enable streamlined MSA business execution
Ensuring common data quality with our distributors
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or similar
Strong commercial background with relevant education and experience in a customer-facing role
Technical expertise and affinity
Experience in contract and process management
Business judgement with an understanding of P&L metrics
Independant communicator and facilitator
Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Fluency in English; any other languages like German are beneficial
