Overview:
As an Account Manager you shape the digital future of our customers through workshops, accurate offers, budget responsibility, process organization and the development of new projects (websites, eCommerce, portals, digital products, apps, PWAs, etc.). You are the main contact person for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and optimizing our service quality.
Responsibilities
Develop a digital vision for innovative projects in collaboration with customers.
Create accurate offers based on the developed vision.
Define and implement digital projects with a high proportion of hands‑on work.
Ensure the technical and content‑related success of the project in close cooperation with clients and the project team.
Manage budgets, timelines and scopes throughout the project, acting as the main point of contact.
Lead the successful project launch process (customer acceptance, marketing, success reporting, etc.).
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Support new business by identifying opportunities, following up on leads, and preparing proposals and presentations.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of project and account management experience, preferably with agency background.
Solid understanding of project‑management methods, time and resource management and budget control.
In‑depth technical know‑how and interdisciplinary tool knowledge (store systems, PIM, digital marketing tools).
Confident presentation skills and strong customer‑consulting abilities.
Structured, analytical mindset and assertiveness.
Self‑motivated to lead challenging projects and serve as a central contact for key issues.
Experience in a leadership role, active communication, and gathering input to shape solutions.
Broad overview, holistic thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas and understand business context.
Professional use of AI as a tool in everyday work.
German language skills at least C1 level (spoken and written).
