As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing industry-leading compensation strategies.Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research and analyze data to inform salary benchmarking decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement compensation programs.Develop and maintain relationships with HR business partners and stakeholders to provide guidance on compensation-related matters.Administer employee equity and profit participation programs, ensuring effective communication and data management.Support the development and implementation of new compensation and benefits programs, including budget planning and analysis.Collect and analyze economic data, wage guidelines, and remuneration information to inform budgeting and salary review processes.Requirements:University degree in economics, business administration, finance, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in human resources or consulting, with a focus on compensation and benefits.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with strong interpersonal skills.Experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint, with proficiency in data analysis and presentation.Knowledge of European labor and tax law is an asset.
