Global HR Systems & Project Manager (SAP SF) (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
* Managing, further developing and implementing HR systems and digital tools in an international environment.
* Supporting the standardization and optimization of global HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
* Coordinating and managing HR system rollouts across multiple countries and business units.
* Acting as a key interface between HR, IT, external service providers and key users.
* Supporting system configurations, testing activities and releases.
* Training and providing ongoing support to HR users and key users.
* Ensuring data quality, compliance (e.g., GDPR) and adherence to internal standards.
* Contributing to HR reporting and analytics initiatives.
* Leading selected global HR projects (e.g., employee surveys).
Your Profile
* Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a comparable field.
* Several years of experience in HR systems (HRIS) or HR project management, ideally in an international environment.
* Hands‑on experience in the implementation and support of HR systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors or Cornerstone).
* Strong project management and coordination skills.
* High level of IT affinity and a solid understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
* Structured and analytical working style with a strong focus on data quality and processes.
* Excellent English skills; German is an advantage.
