We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Finance & Tax Specialist to manage key financial operations including credit management, tax compliance, intercompany reconciliation, transfer pricing, and accounting. You’ll also contribute to corporate projects and help improve customer experience through financial process alignment.
Key Responsibilities
* Credit Management: Manage credit insurance, credit limits, SAP configurations and policy updates. Deal with delivery/customer unblocking in SAP and bad‑debt accruals.
* Tax Compliance: Support VAT and income tax matters, prepare tax returns in collaboration with tax advisors, assist external tax auditors, and provide required documentation during tax audits.
* Intercompany Reconciliation: Handle intercompany transactions and perform quarterly/yearly BS and P&L reconciliations in collaboration with the Global Finance department based in Italy.
* Transfer Pricing: Prepare and manage the Local Transfer Pricing Documentation for AT and CEE, calculate transfer pricing adjustments, compile the TP package (including intercompany transaction matching and non‑resident revenues), monitor OECD and local country developments for new compliance requirements, and prepare the Country‑by‑Country Report for AT and CEE, as well as the annual report to the tax authority in accordance with the Verrechnungspreisdokumentationsgesetz (VPDG).
* Accounting Oversight: Supervise daily accounting operations, manage monthly and year‑end closings, assist external auditors by providing required statements and documentation for the annual audit, and oversee weekly payment processing. Act as a backup for all accountancy activities.
* Project Involvement: Participate in corporate projects.
Your Profile
* Completed degree in Finance, Accounting, or Tax
* Relevant professional experience in Accounting, preferably in an international environment
* Strong MS Office and SAP skills
* Fluent in English and German
* Strong analytical skills and a high level of numerical affinity
* A precise, independent, and structured approach to work
* High level of reliability, motivation, and willingness to learn
* A strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
