The role of the International Field Sales Manager is to guide and support markets in developing and executing their Field Sales Strategy to achieve in-store execution targets (PSR and WvC). As the global owner of specific Field Sales solutions, this role provides expertise and best practices to enhance performance worldwide. Additionally, the International Field Sales Manager contributes to shaping the overall Global Field Sales Strategy, ensuring Red Bull stays ahead of the competition in an ever-evolving retail landscape.
Job Responsibilities
Market Support
You will conduct regular field sales review meetings with key markets, providing strategic guidance to elevate their field sales organizations. You will review and give feedback on country-specific plans and business cases, ensuring alignment with global objectives. Your role includes on-site visits and task forces to address challenges and identify opportunities. Collaboration with the area commercial team is essential for seamless execution and adherence to strategies. You will also guide markets in implementing global solutions for consistency and operational excellence.
Global Field Sales Strategy
The strategy is based on four key enablers:
* Identify Opportunities: Use insights from the Global Execution Tracker (GET), in-store audits, and BI dashboards to uncover growth opportunities. Support data-driven decisions with tools like the Territory Optimization Project.
* Set Up RTM: Ensure effective store coverage plans through the Territory Optimization Project and oversee collaboration with top field sales agencies via the Agency Management Process.
* Build the Best Team: Support markets in structuring their teams with appropriate resources. Work with the Sales Athlete team to facilitate training and motivation programs.
* Activate RTM: Help markets set KPIs, optimize coverage plans, and support programs like VIP and Wingtips for sales enablement.
Business Plan Process
Collaborate with your Manager to develop innovative business plans, review business cases, conduct ROI analyses, and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes.
Budget Management
Plan and manage travel and project budgets in line with your Manager, ensuring cost efficiency and strategic goal achievement.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years of field sales management experience in FMCG, including route-to-market and retail operations.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
* Experience in team and project management, and developing sales strategies.
Additional Information
