How You’ll Make an Impact
* In a dual role as Architect and Team Lead (distribution: 80% Architect / 20% Teamlead), you combine your technical career and leadership expertise.
* As a team leader in the "Software Excellence" practice in Austria, you are part of Zühlke's leadership team. You are an enabler, coach, and first point of contact for your team members with enthusiasm and passion.
* In our customer projects (with a focus on Industry clients), you are responsible for developing complex IT architectures of innovative (I)IoT software solutions, mainly using .NET and Azure, and for strategic technology consulting of our customers.
* You take over the technical management of teams from kick-off to rollout and maintain close contact with project management. Due to your team and people leadership responsibilities, an on-site presence of at least 50% at the client or Zühlke offices is expected.
* Through your leadership skills, you inspire, motivate, and mobilize your team and clients alike.
What’s Important to Us
* After your bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent qualification, you have several years of experience in software development and architecture.
* You are familiar with the .NET ecosystem in enterprise environments and current web application development technologies. You can independently set up and implement suitable architectures in teams.
* You possess excellent communication skills, high drive, and a positive mindset.
* Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and coach others are desirable. Additional expertise in Data/AI, Fullstack Frontend with React or Angular is a plus.
* Proficiency in German and English is required.
* You value personal relationships and enjoy working with clients and colleagues. A hybrid work model with 2-3 days on-site is natural for you.
