Base pay range
Salary for this position is €50,000 gross per year. Your actual wage depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
Your areas of responsibility
* Lead, develop and implement growth strategies and projects
* Create, implement and manage multiple user acquisition experiments & channels
* Streamline and scale the acquisition and conversion funnels on different channels
* Develop and work on an effective and disruptive communication strategies
* Work with all available data sources to analyze and implement ways to maximize the potential of both organic and paid channels to deliver highest ROI
Your profile
* Working experience in a fast-paced environment such as online marketing or consulting and willingness to go the extra mile
* Always up-to-date with the latest new online marketing trends and can master the details of performance management
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to recognize and solve conflicts with a positive mindset
* Absolute expert in performance marketing KPIs and proficient skills with state-of-the-art AI tools
* Positive, proactive sentiment; dynamic environments push you to your highest performance
* Ability to work independently and responsibly with a strong analytical and quantitative mindset
