Your Tasks
In this position, you will actively support our Marketing team for Austria and Eastern Europe by expanding and demonstrating your business know‑how.
* Support the preparation of analyses and presentations by using MS Excel, PowerPoint, B.one & SAP (PLM & SRM).
* Take care of organizational tasks, such as preparing meetings & events, updating various databases, and managing communications and logistics to/from Eastern Europe countries.
* Provide daily organizational support for a diverse Marketing team (7 Brand Managers, 3 Group Brand Managers, 1 Marketing Manager and Marketing Director).
* Collaborate closely and regularly with external agencies and internal functions.
* Coordinate product samples within the Eastern Europe region and EUNA.
* Support the team with artwork creation process and article configurations in SAP in the absence of an Artwork coordinator.
Your Profile
* Ongoing or completed University studies with a specialization in marketing.
* High interest in working in an international work environment and ability to handle and organize the interests of different stakeholders simultaneously.
* Open, flexible and stress‑resistant personality that takes on responsibility and has a passion for success and challenges.
* Team player with strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
* High affinity to skin care and fast‑moving consumer goods industry.
* The long‑term ambition of a career in the field of Marketing.
* Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent English and German skills; further Eastern European languages are advantageous.
