Our sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.We're seeking a collaborative team member with a friendly work style, who's well-organized, able to effectively multi-task & prioritize, and take initiative. In this position, you will support cross functional activities in order to drive key business development and sales initiatives (50% of the time) and you will provide excellent, comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Country Manager, Austria and Sales Leaders (50%).DescriptionAs a Sales Support and Executive Assistant, you will need to quickly develop an understanding of the team's operations, culture, policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include support in significant cross-functional business development initiatives, support in reporting, budget management and meeting and event/meeting planning and execution via live, videoconference and conference calls. Be the central point of contact for coordination and communication of cross departmental events and activities.Provide welcome and orientation for newcomers in the team.Prepare, update and circulate meeting materials ahead of time including keynotes, agenda etc. Support Sales Management on punctual business initiatives, reporting needs or projects.Coordinate selected on-site meetings, including room reservations, catering, managing speakers and presenters schedules, etc.Liaise with finance to maintain equipment inventory and assist with new equipment purchases/upgrades.Assist visitors from foreign/home office as required.Support Apple Country Manager and the Sales TeamMinimum QualificationsStrong level of German and EnglishSubstantial experience of high-level, complex administration work at a senior levelFlexible approach to workExcellent networking skills with key business partners and stakeholders in central teamsGlobal awareness, time zones, culture, logisticsExcellent communication skills - verbal and written involving high-level communications with internal and external contactsEffective time management, uses initiative to prioritise workload and execute against multiple projects and deadlines and meet theseAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate issues, stay calm under pressure and work within ambiguityInterpersonal/relationship building skills/proactive collaboration with the teamExceptional assessment and organisational skills; attention to detail and excellent follow-throughDemonstrates ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent/sound judgmentDemonstrates passion for learning new things, continuous improvement, sharing best practicesDirect experience dealing with sensitive and conflicting situations in a diplomatic mannerProven experience creating spreadsheets and composing/creating content, texts and special reports, Keynote (Presentation), Pages (Wordprocessing) and Numbers (Excel) skills requiredDetermined, self-motivated and eager to take on new challengesAbility to influence others; manage conflict appropriately, know when to delegate issues upwardAbility to anticipate change and react efficiently & expeditiouslyExperience of working with remote teamsRelevant experience supporting executive level staff (calendar management, travel, task management, facilities, purchasing and day to day operations).Significant experience managing budgets, creating purchase orders and supporting reporting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong sense of professionalism.Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and time sensitive environment.Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.Calm under pressure, sense of humour and strong interpersonal skills.Flexibility and adaptability to navigate priorities based on last minute changes.Self-starter who anticipates needs, takes initiative and possesses a "can-do" attitudeExperience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion and utmost secrecy.Preferred QualificationsBS/BA degree
