The role of Lead Product Information Management is a key position for the success of our corporate websites, shops and digital platforms. In this role, you will lead a team of product information specialists and ensure that the highest quality information is provided for numerous business applications. If you have experience in leading an information management or website team and have in-depth knowledge in the digital field, we look forward to receiving your application!
THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
1. Defining and optimizing processes for the team and departments to ensure efficient workflows.
2. Managing resources and timelines to ensure all deadlines are met.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure process compliance and improve data quality.
4. Developing new ideas to improve the customer experience for all brands through better product information.
5. Responsibility for the provision and maintenance of information on the various digital platforms.
6. Regular reporting to management on successes and potential for improvement.
7. Interfacing with the IT department to identify and implement improvements to the PIM tool.
HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US
1. Completed commercial or technical training (university, HTL, FH, etc.).
2. Experience in leading an information management or website team.
3. At least 5 years of experience in the digital/web/PIM sector.
4. Very good technical understanding.
5. Excellent knowledge of English.
6. Affinity for precise and detail-oriented work.
7. Excellent organization and problem-solving mentality.
