Overview
Team Lead – Creation Department (all genders)
Start immediately. Full‑time, 36 hours per week, located in Salzburg.
As Team Lead, you will manage a team of about 13 specialists in digital branding, UI/UX design, content creation & AI‑driven production, and motion content & 3D animation. You will shape the strategic development of our creative services, ensure efficient organization, promote team stability, performance, coaching, and process excellence. You will collaborate with leadership, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality projects.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the Creation Department, fostering creativity, quality, and team spirit.
* Plan resources and manage the department budget, streamlining processes for smooth project execution.
* Coordinate coaching and mentoring, creating an open feedback culture.
* Optimise interfaces between clients, project management, and the department, promoting automation and transparency.
* Recruit and build the team, recognising potential and ensuring sustainable growth.
* Collaborate with business unit leads and the Creative Director, providing strategic consulting and task distribution.
What you can contribute
* Several years of management experience in a digital environment, with proven responsibility for team leadership.
* Strong people, organisational, coaching, and strategic thinking skills.
* Clear communication, empathy, and a growth mindset, able to design new ways of working, including AI‑supported processes.
* Hands‑on leadership, solution orientation, and ability to maintain an overview in complex situations.
Our Offer
Annual salary starting at €70,000 gross, including holiday pay and Christmas bonus, plus a performance‑based bonus. Fully electric company car (private use).
