* Conduct thorough testing to ensure code quality, application performance, and user experience
* Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, applying new knowledge and techniques to improve our platform
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for customers
Your Profile
* At least 3 years of work experience in one of the business capabilities: e.g. Web or Software development, ideally with experience in low code platform development
* Excellent coding and testing skills, with proficiency in common web technologies
* Experience in user interface design and a strong focus on user experience
* Demonstrated customer obsession and a track record of going above and beyond to meet customer needs
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
