About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and internationally minded
International Project Manager – SPA & Wellness
to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with
3-5 years of experience in Sales Support / Inside Sales
, preferably within the
SPA, Wellness, Sauna, or 5-star hotel environment
looking for a part time engagement.
You will play a key role in managing international customer projects from the inside sales perspective while building strong relationships with premium clients and partners globally.

Based in Steyr, Austria Sommerhuber has been manufacturing ceramics for fireplaces
since 1491. Today their
unique ceramics – namely Heat Storing Ceramics
- are also used in
leading Spas and thermal experiences across the globe
. The ceramic manufactory combines the expertise of traditional ceramic tile manufacturing with contemporary design requirements of private and public Spa areas.
The product range includes
ergonomically shaped benches for dry rooms, heated loungers, hammam tables, healing clay spas and ceramic foot basins

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate international SPA and wellness projects from initial contact to final delivery
* Act as the main interface between international clients, sales and internal departments
* Prepare and follow up on offers, proposals, and technical documentation
* Build long-term relationships with premium hotel groups, developers, SPA builder and partners
* Participate in international trade fairs, customer visits, and project meetings
Your Profile
* 3-5 years of professional experience in
Sales Support / Inside Sales / Project Coordination
* Ideally from the
SPA, Wellness, Sauna, Pool, Interior Fit-Out, or 5-star hospitality sector
* Strong interest in international business and premium customer environments
* Excellent communication skills in
English
, additional languages appreciated
* Structured, proactive, and customer-oriented working style
* Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems (Zoho). Experience with Microsoft Business Central is considered a plus.
