What You’ll Do Opening and closing routine
Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness
Business Understanding / understanding and analysis of key figures and sales
Proactive thinking and attention to detail

Schedule The weekly schedule varies. Hours at least 20 per week. Availability on Saturdays and Sundays, and certain holidays, is required. Additional hours may be added during peak periods to meet business needs.
What It Takes / Qualifikationen Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
Retail Experience: at least 1 year preferred
Supervisory/Managerial Experience: not required
CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German
Customer focus, communication, interpersonal skills
Fashion trend knowledge; outgoing; assertiveness; adaptability/flexibility & stress tolerance
Multi-tasking, applied learning, work ethic
Omni Channel Services experience
