Location & Work Hours
Business Office / Vienna
Full-time (38.5 hours per week)
Salary: € 3.743,- to € 5.518,- gross per month (paid 14-times per year)
Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the ERP system, ensuring smooth usage and resolving technical issues with external support as needed.
Monitor and present regular reporting on the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase requests, requisition approval timelines, purchase ordering, goods/services receipts, and order tracking.
Conduct financial, statistical, and other business analyses to provide insights and support decision‑making processes.
Monitor and control budget expenditures, highlighting variances and supporting corrective actions.
Serve as the key point of contact for Business Office‑related system administration and process optimization.
Lead or participate in cross‑departmental projects related to ERP system enhancements, process improvements, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
University degree in Business Administration.
Excellent knowledge of German and English.
2 to 5 years of relevant working experience (accounting, controlling, procurement).
Strong understanding of business processes and administration.
Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting principles.
Proficient in Excel and BMD or similar ERP systems.
Well‑organised and capable of good communication.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to interact positively in an international educational environment.
