Responsibilities
* Plan, conduct and moderate customer presentations and product demonstrations.
* Represent synedra at trade shows and events.
* Support customers and prospects in digital transformation of Healthcare Content Management and PACS.
* Build and maintain a strong network of existing and new customers.
* Proactively identify potential customers and qualify leads for the sales team; collaborate to identify cross‑selling opportunities.
* Conduct user and administrator training.
* Assist marketing and sales teams in planning and organizing events.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare, especially with RIS/KIS/PACS or other medical information systems.
* Preferably radiology technician training or medical‑IT background.
* Ability to inspire people for modern digital solutions and confident in front of large audiences.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, professional and friendly presence.
* Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and structured, self‑directed work style.
* Initiative and active contribution to customer outreach strategies.
* Excellent German; French and/or English a plus.
* Travel willingness in DACH region (~50 %).

Current salary regulation: according to KV‑IT regulation, base salary in standard rate ST1 is €3 843.00 monthly for full time, paid according to experience and qualifications.
