Program Manager – Community & Open Ecosystem
Lead global developer engagement and open-source initiatives. Manage forums, user groups, and events (hackathons, meetups). Own Dynatrace’s presence on platforms like GitHub and Discord. Analyze community metrics, gather feedback, and drive creative programs.
Requirements:
* 3+ years in community management
* Familiarity with open-source (CNCF, Apache, etc.)
* Strong communication & analytical skills
