What you'll be handling:
* Managing the calendar and coordinating appointments for the Director of Digital & IT
* Organising and following up on meetings, workshops and events
* Creating presentations, reports and minutes
* Managing and coordinating internal and external communication
* Supporting project management and special initiatives
* Maintaining and managing documents in various systems
* Acting as an interface and contact person for internal departments and external partners
* Assisting with the implementation of ITSM processes and governance guidelines
What you'll need:
* Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
* Professional experience in an assistant role, ideally in the IT or digital environment
* Strong organisational skills and a high degree of initiative
* Very good knowledge of MS Office and confidence in using digital tools
* Very good German and English skills
* Discretion, reliability and strong team orientation
* Interest in digital topics and IT processes

We offer an attractive and competitive salary, based on qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement stipulates a minimum gross annual salary of EUR 47.481 for a full-time position.
