Compensation and Benefits Expert (f/m/d) - min. 30 h/week

Tasks
* Implementation of the global compensation strategy including roll‑out in the individual countries to support the local HR managers
* Execution of the general compensation processes: job evaluations, salary increases, workforce planning, bonus, etc.
* Performing of ongoing data & cost effect analysis on short- and long‑term incentives as well as development proposals.
* Ensuring of compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
* Coordinating with HR colleagues in different countries regarding compensation review process, data validation, process improvement, off‑cycle requests, etc.
* Evaluation and improvement of current reward programs to make sure that those align with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
* Collaboration with HR colleagues and finance to develop and communicate compensation & benefits policies and programs to employees.
* Management of employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other where necessary.
Skills
* University degree in economics or HR management and/or 5+ years of professional experience in compensation, HR or finance/controlling
* Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics for incentive payouts
* Proficiency in Excel and compensation analysis software/SAP
* Knowledge of rolling out global job leveling/banding
* Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives as they relate to rewards programs
* Knowledge of retirement plan management and pension schemes
* History of maintaining compliance with compensation and benefits laws and regulations
* Previous experience in HR Controlling appreciated.
* Fluent English. Good level of German is an asset.

The minimum salary for this position is € 3,500.00 gross per month on a full‑time basis (38.5 hours). A significant overpayment in line with qualifications and experience is a matter of course for us.
