As a Scrum Master in the Value Train Data, you will support an agile team responsible for data provisioning on the central UNIQA Data Hub. You will work in a professionally and technically demanding environment with numerous interfaces, high requirements for stability and quality, and a hybrid target landscape consisting of cloud and on-premises solutions .
The team develops, integrates, and operates solutions for the reliable provision of data for various use cases and consumers across the company. In doing so, you will work in a complex environment with many integrations to source and target systems, aligned data flows, and an architecture that combines existing on-premises components with modern cloud services.
What You Can Expect
Scrum & Team Effectiveness
Responsibility for the effective application of Scrum and facilitation of all relevant Scrum events
Promoting self-organization, transparency, and continuous improvement in a technically demanding data environment
Supporting the team in ensuring delivery capability, focus, and stability in the tension between operations, further development, and transformation
Working in the Central Data Hub Environment
Supporting a team that develops and operates central solutions for data provisioning on the UNIQA Data Hub
Supporting collaboration across numerous business and technical interfaces
Supporting a complex integration environment with cloud and on-premises components as well as different target systems
Ensuring a good balance between change, stability, quality, and reliability in ongoing operations
Collaboration & Impediment Management
Close collaboration with the Product Owner, architects, operations, and other involved teams
Support in structuring and prioritizing requirements from delivery, operations, integration, and platform contexts
Actively identifying and sustainably removing impediments, dependencies, and coordination needs in a complex environment
What We Expect
Experience as a Scrum Master with a very strong understanding of Scrum in complex organizational and technical structures
Experience supporting teams in an environment with many dependencies, integrations, and different stakeholders
Ideally, an understanding of data platforms, data provisioning, or integration landscapes, as well as hybrid architectures with cloud and on-premises components
Confident use of Jira and Confluence for management, transparency, and documentation
Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
A strong sense of responsibility for stable, reliable solutions in production-related environments
A structured, solution-oriented way of working and a good sense of priorities in complex settings
Very good German and English skills
