As a Senior Manager People & Culture, you will play a key role in shaping how leadership, collaboration, and development come to life within our organization. Working closely with operational leaders and staying connected to the daily realities of our teams, you will ensure that people‑related topics are deeply embedded in the business. In this global role you will partner closely with HR colleagues across different countries, aligning approaches and contributing to people strategies that create impact across the organization beyond the local site.

What you will be doing:

* Acting as a trusted People Partner to our leaders across the full employee lifecycle, actively supporting development, performance, and organisational growth.
* Serving as a sparring partner to strengthen leadership capabilities and team dynamics, while bringing fresh perspectives to performance‑related topics.
* Facilitating meaningful conversations, identifying potential, and enabling continuous individual and team development.
* Collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition to deliver a professional and engaging recruiting experience and attract top talent.
* Driving initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and long‑term development across teams.
* Supporting leaders and teams through change processes, helping to shape new structures and foster effective collaboration at eye level.
* Partnering with central People & Culture functions and HR partners across countries to ensure alignment and continuously improve modern, consistent HR processes.
* Contributing your own ideas to HR initiatives, challenging existing approaches, and actively improving how we work.
* Playing a key role in building and strengthening an open, trusting, and high‑performing company culture.

Your profile and required competencies:

* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR role, ideally within an international environment.
* Proven experience partnering with leaders, combining hands‑on operational HR work with a strong advisory and strategic mindset.
* Excellent communication skills, strong empathy, and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Well‑developed consulting and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate at eye level.
* A structured, self‑driven, and solution‑oriented working style with a strong focus on execution and impact.
* A genuine interest in working closely with the business and supporting people in their day‑to‑day environment.
* Fluency in both German and English.

What’s in it for you:

* Discounts on quality products: Benefit from compelling discounts on our own‑brand products (including Atomic, Salomon, Peak Performance, and more).
* Engaging company culture: Experience a workplace with a strong team spirit and an open, appreciative culture, where you’ll feel valued and part of a supportive community.
